Returns & Exchanges


Taste of Trend will gladly accept all items for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unwashed and contain all packaging that came with the order. Trying on an item is absolutely fine, we ask that you try on the garment in any style and keep all items that have not been tried on in the packaging for easy exchange.

Any items that have been washed or worn will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, this includes pet hair and deodorant stains.


Returns are available for all items that are in original condition within 30 days of delivery. We recommend using our easy online returns portal for easy tracking. All items must be unwashed and contain all packaging that came with the order. Trying on an item is absolutely fine, we ask that you try on a garment in any style and keep all items in the packaging that were not tried on for easy exchange.

On the packages you receive will be the address to which the package must be returned. If you no longer have this handy, select the closest address for return shipping:

Returns usually take 2-3 business days to process once they are received and reviewed. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds to your original payment method can take up to 5 business days to reappear in your account, depending on your bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges originally paid for the order will not be refunded.

Holiday orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned or exchanged until January 20.

Due to social distancing policies, there may be a slight increase in processing time.


Taste of Trend will gladly assist with any shipping issues reported to us within 60 days of order, including stolen orders and packages lost in transit. Any orders placed more than 60 days ago cannot be replaced or refunded.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be issued (if applicable). These include any items that are not in original condition, orders that are missing items, or washed or worn items.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they have been processed. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately with the changes. We will try our best to catch them, but cannot guarantee any changes to orders.

Sale collection items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If Taste of Trend detects an issue with your shipping address, we may attempt to contact you to confirm the correct shipping address, please note that this may add a day to the processing time.

In certain situations, orders and exchanges are sent in multiple shipments. In these cases, you will receive more than one tracking link.

Address Verification

In a situation where the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, resulting in a new package being shipped, Taste of Trend will charge a $7.99 shipping fee to cover the cost of reshipping a previously shipped package.
